Q: Do you really have a "love it guarantee"?

A: Yes! If within the first 14 days after you receive your order, I will ship you a replacement at no cost. If it's after the 14 day window, I'll send you a replacement and you are only responsible for the shipping cost.

Q: What is this fidget switch that came with my order? 

A: That's a fun little fidget I liked. It's an added little bonus and I hope you enjoy fiddling with it or give it to a friend.

Q: How do I clean or wash my product

A: You can use warm water and dish soap. I would not put it in the dishwasher as the heat may warp the material.

Q: What material is used to make my product?

A: I use Matte PLA for most of my products. The finish and rigid nature make for a durable product that is lightweight. I use PET-G on some products that are going to be exposed to more intense environments. 

Q: How will my product stand up in the heat?

A: I would not leave your item in a hot car for an extended amount of time. The PouchGuard Products are made from PLA and were designed to accompany you on your person. Exteded heat above 120 degrees may warp the material.

Q: How did you do the customization?

A: The customization is a fun process where I take an image and convert it to a SVG. I then take that SVG and bring it into Fusion360, my CAD program of choice. I then extrude the image and use it to create different bodies. When I bring the new bodies into my Slicing Software, I'm able to select a body and apply a specific color to it. Then when I send it to my 3D printer, it prints each body the selected color. It is plastic, not just a print that will wear off!

Q: What color options do you have available?

A: I use BambuLab Matte PLA Filament for most of the products.

Q: Do you have examples of your previous customizations?

A: Check out my Instagram where I post most of the customizations. Use this as a gude, I can convert most any image/logo into a good inlay into the products.
