At SMF Prints, I keep this simple: I only collect what I need to make and ship your order, and I do not sell your personal information. Here is exactly what that means.

Information I Collect
- Order and contact details you give me: name, shipping address, email, phone number, and any notes, photos, or logo files you send for a custom order.
- Payment information: processed securely by my payment provider. I never see or store your full card number.
- Automatic data: when you visit smfprints.com, standard information like your device type, browser, and pages viewed is collected through cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to understand what is useful.

How I Use It
- To make, fulfill, and ship your order, and to send order and tracking updates.
- To reply to your messages and provide support.
- To send marketing or product emails, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe from any of these at any time.
- To detect and prevent fraud, and to improve the products and the site.

Who I Share It With
I share information only with the services that make the store run, and only as needed:
- Shopify, which hosts the store and processes orders.
- Payment processors, to charge your order securely.
- Shipping carriers such as USPS, to deliver your package.
- Email and analytics providers, to send the messages you asked for and to understand site usage.
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Cookies
The site uses cookies to remember your cart, keep you logged in, and measure traffic. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.

Data Retention
I keep order records as long as needed to run the business and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can ask me to delete personal information that I am not required to keep.
