Return Policy for SMFPrints

At SMFPrints, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. For this reason, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Return Window:

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Process for Returns:

1. Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at ben@sweetmabelfarms.com with your order number and reason for concern. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

2. Receive Your Refund: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
