Return Policy for SMFPrints

At SMF Prints, I stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product. If something is not right, I will make it right.

Return Window:
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. To be eligible, the order date must have been 30 days or less, you send me an email and let me know what's going on and what would make it right. If you need a refund, just ship the original back and I'll refund. If I need to send out a replacement, I will at no cost. This is the 30-Day Love It Guarantee.

Return Shipping:
If your item arrived damaged or defective, I cover it. Email a photo to ben@smfprints.com and I will send a replacement or a prepaid return label, no charge to you. For any other reason, such as changing your mind, the customer covers return shipping.

How to Start a Return:
1. Email ben@smfprints.com with your order number and the reason. I will reply with instructions.
2. Once your return is received, your refund is applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
