Welcome to SMF Prints. By using smfprints.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. Who Can Order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to order from this store.

2. Products
Everything I sell is 3D printed to order in Virginia. Because each item is made by hand, small variations in color, finish, and texture are normal and are not defects. I work to keep every product description, image, and price accurate, but errors can happen. If I find an error in the price or description of something you ordered, I will contact you and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

3. Custom and Personalized Orders
For custom orders, you may send me a logo, artwork, text, or other content to reproduce.
- You confirm that you own the rights to that content, or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's trademark, copyright, or other rights.
- You give me permission to use that content only as needed to produce and ship your order.
- You agree to cover any claim that results from content you provided that you did not have the right to use.
Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be canceled or returned once production has started, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when I begin production or ship it. Payment is processed securely at checkout through my payment provider.

5. Shipping and Returns
Shipping timelines, costs, and returns are covered in my Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property
The content on this site, including text, images, logos, product designs, and the SMF Prints name, belongs to me or is used with permission. Please do not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without my written permission. This does not apply to your own custom content, which remains yours.

7. Acceptable Use
Please use this site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse it in a way that harms other customers or the business.

8. Guarantee and Liability
I stand behind my work with the 30-Day Love It Guarantee described in my Refund Policy, and that is your primary remedy if something is wrong. To the fullest extent allowed by law, products are provided as is beyond that guarantee, and my liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes
I may update these terms as the business changes. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
