Accessibility

I want everyone to be able to shop at smfprints.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. The site is built on Shopify and I work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as the standard.
What I have done so far
- Checked text and button colors against the WCAG AA contrast ratio and corrected the ones that fell short (September 2026).
- Kept the site usable by keyboard alone: every link, button, and form field can be reached with the Tab key.
- Added descriptive alt text to product images and labels to form fields.
Still a work in progress
The custom order tools (the PouchGuard and Big Tee configurators) are more complex than the rest of the site and may not meet every guideline yet. I keep testing them and fixing what I find.
