I print every order in Virginia, one at a time. Standard orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Custom logo orders take a few extra days since I have to UV print your design before it ships. You will get a tracking number by email the moment your label prints.

Yes. Every guard has a silicone O-ring installed in the lid that creates a real waterproof seal, and the twist-lock lid keeps it shut. Rain, sweat, or a spill in your bag will not get through. It has kept guys' cans dry through summer workouts and rainstorms, not just marketing talk.

PouchGuard Twist and PouchGuard Discreet hold a full can's worth of ZYN, VELO, or most other nicotine pouch brands loose, so you can leave the tin at home. DipGuard fits standard dip and snuff cans like Copenhagen, Grizzly, and Skoal. If you are not sure which one fits your brand, email me and I will tell you straight.

Pick your product, choose Custom in the configurator, and upload your logo or image. I print in full color with the EufyMake E1 UV printer, so photos, text, and logos all come out sharp. A PNG with a transparent background works best. If your file is low resolution or hard to read, I will email you before I print it so we get it right the first time.

Every guard is 3D printed from premium Bambu Lab Matte PLA, then annealed, which is a heat treatment that increases strength by up to 40 percent. No injection molds, no overseas factory. I hand inspect every piece before it ships.

If it arrives damaged or defective, email a photo to ben@smfprints.com and I will send a replacement or a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Changed your mind for any other reason, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back and get a refund, you just cover return shipping.

Wipe it down with a damp cloth if it gets dirty. The O-ring seal and twist-lock lid do not need any maintenance, just make sure the lid is fully twisted closed so the seal stays tight.
